Dimity bases herself between GRO HQ in Tamworth, NSW and at GRO remote sites in Scone, Sydney and Canberra.

Sarah is the Events Coordinator & Stylist at GRO Events Group, based in Goondiwindi, QLD. With extensive experience in weddings and corporate events, Sarah brings a creative touch to every project she manages.

Kayla Bauer
Communications Lead (currently on maternity leave)
Kayla is the Communications Specialist at GRO Events Group and is currently on maternity leave, based in Moorina, QLD. With 15 years+ of experience in communications, Kayla is a journalist by trade with a background in radio, TV, and print journalism.
She has worked with leading PR agencies in Brisbane and Sydney and spent eight years leading disaster recovery communications nationally in the not-for-profit sector. A published author and lover of regional Australia, Kayla now specialises in rural and regional communications while calling cattle country home.
Jess Lehmann
GRO Rural Stakeholder Engagement & Community Manager
Jess is the Stakeholder Engagement & Community Manager at GRO Events Groupโs sister company, GRO Rural, where she works closely with key stakeholders and industry contacts to drive the success of GRO Rural's initiatives.
With a strong agricultural background from her family farm in Narrabri, NSW, Jess leverages her knowledge and advocacy skills to foster meaningful relationships within the industry. From Canberra, Jess coordinates multi-platform initiatives and supports rural businesses, ensuring that GRO Rural continues to be a vital connector within the agricultural community.
Jess is passionate about promoting collaboration across the sector for long-term success.
